NoteDiscovery 0.31.4 is fully installed and running on Python 3.12.3 with all FastAPI dependencies, all frontend vendor libraries, and a clean data directory - serving the web UI and API on port 8000 via uvicorn.

Verified all core API functionality end-to-end: health check, notes CRUD (create/read/update/delete), full-text search, graph view, tags, themes, locales (12 languages), stats, config, HTML export, share links, plugin system, and API docs (Swagger UI). Full static frontend loads via SPA catch-all route. No real third-party credentials required.
