With OTP 27.3 and Elixir 1.20.4 installed into $HOME/toolchain, mix deps.get/deps.compile/compile all exit 0, and mix test --max-cases 1 reports 234 passed and 1 skipped (the intentional ALPN skip), while the default parallel run has load-sensitive timing flakiness in a few assert_receive tests.

Finch is an Elixir library; verification = real test suite exercising the real client over real local HTTP (Bypass) and TLS sockets. Toolchain lives in /home/runner/toolchain (source /home/runner/toolchain/env.sh for PATH). The 1 skipped test is the intentional @tag :skip ALPN test. Parallel-run flakiness is load-induced in the project's own timing tests.
