What the test found

The Docs backend project installs, builds, and runs 2190+ test cases successfully using mock PostgreSQL, MinIO S3, and compiled email/translation assets, with the only unaddressed failures requiring a real OIDC provider.

Installed and ran the Django backend test suite. 2190+ tests pass across all test directories. 24 authentication tests fail due to missing OIDC/JWKS provider configuration (these require real OIDC credentials or a mock OpenID provider). 2 document search tests also fail for the same OIDC reason. Frontend not built due to dependency on Docker and yarn - the frontend instructions explicitly require Docker per the Makefile. PostgreSQL 16, MinIO S3 mock, and compiled email translations all stood up as mocks.

Argusic installed docs in 54 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 9 of 9 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
