C3 CELERITY panel v1.6.13 boots against an in-memory MongoDB and mock Redis, listens on port 3000, and serves the login page and health endpoint with HTTP 200; all 35+ unit test scripts in the project pass with zero failures.

Full test suite (npm test) runs 35+ scripts covering CDN config, XHTTP options, Xray version service, edge front cutover/db-rollback, broadcast panel/UI, probes enroll/ingest/route/history/manifest/rollup/exclusion, access-logs credentials/ingest/clickhouse, auth subscription, session cookie, i18n, node UI meta/node active API, error sanitizer, xray listen, setup/security EJS validation, remote/node/multicast cron services, update service, and CDN discovery. All tests passed. App launch required in-memory MongoDB (mongodb-memory-server) and mock Redis (ioredis-mock) since real MongoDB/Redis binaries are not installed in the container — these were added as dev dependencies and the launcher patches ioredis before loading the app.
