No third-party credentials or mocks were needed. The standard install consists of source checkout plus setup-multi-agent.sh --apply; 15 Codex skill links were created and --check reported all READY. Obsidian CLI and defuddle were absent, and the documented filesystem fallback worked. The repository remained unchanged; the verified vault and build artifacts are under /tmp.
