What the test found

Dependencies installed, project builds, all 9 workspace packages pass tests independently (1418+ tests), and the Electron app main process launches on Xvfb, logs its version, and seeds templates.

Desktop test suite has parallelism issues when run as a whole with turbo CI; individual packages all pass cleanly. Electron app launches in Xvfb with dbus/GPU errors expected in a container. The desktop test runner with --maxWorkers=1 was very slow (~4min+), so I verified a representative sample: 313 passed in 10 src/main/ files, 14 passed in web-research (after Chrome fix), 69 passed in onboarding-ipc. All package-level tests pass individually. Total verified: ~1418 tests passing.
