Pomerium builds and runs as a CLI binary, reporting its version and envoy version. The Go test suite passes for all packages except three that require Docker containers (Postgres, S3-compatible storage) which are unavailable in this environment.

Three package-level failures remain due to missing Docker (TestServerPostgres, s3-locked blob tests, postgres tests). All other packages pass individually including envoyconfig, selftests, and mcp/e2e.
