What the test found

PasteGuard 0.9.3 runs from source in this container: /health returned 200 (detector up, local_llm up), /info and /dashboard returned 200, /api/mask masked PII and secrets into placeholders, and /openai/v1/chat/completions returned 200 for both upstream-forwarded plain text and local-routed PII/secret requests against the schema-correct mocks.

Verified PasteGuard 0.9.3 from source with Bun 1.4.3 (bun install/build/typecheck/check all exit 0; detector pytest 120 passed; bun test 486 pass/12 fail/1 skip). The 12 failures are pre-existing in the repo, reproduce on a clean checkout, all in codex/openai-responses route tests failing with HTTP 400 returned by the route's own zod validator; unfixed because fixing correctness of hidden pre-existing test-suite bugs is outside the install-and-verify mission. No real provider credentials exist in this container; an OpenAI/Ollama-compatible local mock stood in for tier2_mock verification (no mocks were needed for install/build/tests).

Argusic installed pasteguard in 37 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 2 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
