Full install succeeded, 303/303 test suite tests pass, 6 skipped, and 2 of 3 broken example scripts now run end-to-end on CPU-only container with no GPU required.

5 README-specified test files pass (74 tests). Full tests/ suite: 303 passed, 6 skipped. examples/test_code_agent.py runs end-to-end (7 tests passed on CPU). examples/test_single_gpu.py downloads Qwen2-1.5B-Instruct, initializes FSDP engine, saves/loads weights. 3 pre-existing example modules (test_dapo_math_data, test_async_runner, test_r2e_gym) have import/async issues unrelated to my changes. cmake 3.26.4 not supported on python 3.12 (no cp312 wheel) but does not affect tests.
