npm ci installs 281 packages, tsc builds cleanly to dist/, and the full vitest suite runs 353 test files (1756 tests) with zero failures on Node 22.19.0.

Project uses bring-your-own Hopper (macOS/Linux) and Ghidra (Linux), neither available in container. No network-accessible third-party keys needed. Tests exercise all domain logic, MCP server/catalog behavior, CLI workflows, process capture, application analysis, managed PE/CLI inspection, and conformance checks with fake provider seams.
