What the test found

The Subvert Laravel app now installs, builds, boots on port 8080, passed its 2 tests, and completed a full upload-transcribe-chapters-summary pipeline (status 98 with real transcript, chapters, summary, and a downloadable VTT) against a local OpenAI-compatible mock.

Real OpenAI keys are not available in this container and the available OpenRouter gateway cannot satisfy the app's whisper-1+vtt contract (OpenRouter only supports json/verbose_json and returned empty transcriptions for synthetic audio), so verification used a schema-correct local HTTPS OpenAI-compatible mock on 127.0.0.1:443. zip.so was disabled because the prebuilt PHP lacks libzip; Laravel 10 core requires no zip. nc/unzip absent, python3 zipfile shim used.

Argusic installed subvert in 30 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
