install.sh created a private venv at ~/.local/share/token-tracker (no uv/pipx present) and installed token-tracker 0.5.9 from PyPI; it auto-ran tt setup which configured Codex hooks, faux statusline, and the tt-sidebar skill at ~/.agents/skills/tt-sidebar. Repo tests were run from the checkout in a separate venv with -e .[test]. Minor note: PyPI wheel is 0.5.9 while the repo pyproject.toml declares 0.5.7; not an error since the README install flow pulls the latest release.
