The coi binary builds and runs (version prints), 23 test packages pass in short mode, go vet is clean for project packages, and all build-time dependencies (Go 1.26, libsystemd headers, nft) are available via user-local paths.

nft binary extracted from .deb and placed on PATH (mocked); real Incus daemon not available in container so integration tests (go:build integration) were skipped. Unit tests all pass: 23/23 Go packages ok.
