yarn install succeeded, tsc typecheck passes, vitest test suite passes with all 123 test files (1862 tests) passing across all packages (common, element, excalidraw, excalidraw-app, math, fractional-indexing, laser-pointer).

Only one test file (animation.test.ts) needed changes: 3 failing assertions due to vitest 3's jsdom environment leaving a baseline timer and runOnlyPendingTimersAsync being recursive. Fixed by flushing baseline timer in beforeEach and replacing recursive timer advancement with single-step advancement.
