Quicky v0.3.0 CLI responds to commands, all 13 npm dependencies installed, PM2 7.1.0 daemonized and managing processes, config/release/validate/health modules verified, and the app is ready for use with GitHub credentials and system packages (nginx, certbot) configured on a server with root access.

All core importable modules (validate, config, release, pm2, health, git) verified with 33+ assertions passing. PM2 lifecycle (start, status check, delete) verified end-to-end. CLI responds to --help, --version, and list commands. Package install completed in ~5.7s. PM2 daemonized successfully (pm2 ping returns pong). The app's deploy/webhook workflows require real GitHub tokens, nginx, and certbot which cannot be fully exercised without root or external services.
