PHP 8.3.32 and Composer 2.10.3 are installed, all 81 composer dependencies are resolved, the PHPUnit test suite passes 1020/1020 tests with 4239 assertions, and the XmlSerializer tests are fixed for libxml 2.15.3 compatibility.

Behat integration tests require Docker containers (redmine versions 5.1–7.0) which are not available in this environment. PHPUnit unit tests run fully and pass. PHPStan has 41 pre-existing errors unrelated to changes.
