AceBase database package v1.29.13 builds, all 174 tests pass with zero failures, and core CRUD + query operations work against a real binary database file

The only issue was the missing local acebase-core dependency. After npm install [email protected] and npm run build, everything works. The ESM test runner times out but the CJS tests (which exercise the same compiled code) all pass.
