SuperTux builds from source, runs with SDL offscreen video driver, creates a window, initializes the software renderer, and passes all 3 ctest unit tests.

All dependencies built from source in /work/repo/_deps, installed to /work/repo/_inst. GLEW/OpenGL disabled because system lacks GL headers. SDL runs in offscreen mode (video driver=offscreen). Audio is unavailable (no ALSA/pulseaudio dev headers). The game initializes successfully with the SDL software renderer. 3 unit tests (MD5Test, AATriangleTest, CollisionTest) all pass.
