On Node 24, npm install and npm run build succeed, vitest passes all 809 unit tests, the built server answers 200 on /api/config and serves an end-to-end chat completion through a local OpenAI-compatible mock, and the Electron app launches and stays up on the virtual display.

Unit test suite (809 tests) and Next build ran real. End-to-end chat was verified against a localhost OpenAI-compatible SSE mock standing in for a third-party LLM key; the app itself is unpatched and ran its own code. Electron main process launches and stays up on DISPLAY=:99 with --no-sandbox (rootless SUID sandbox can't be configured without root). Container load was ~80 on 4 CPUs, which intermittently hung spawned shell commands but did not fail any test.
