Backend API responds on /health, all 11 backend tests pass, all 213 frontend tests pass, frontend builds and dev server starts.

llama-cpp-python is intentionally optional (lazy-imported); AI transforms require either Ollama or installing it manually. Java for LanguageTool is bundled in release builds but absent from source dev setup.

Argusic installed Lexicon in 3.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
