What the test found

Neon core services (pageserver, safekeeper, storage_broker, endpoint_storage, storage_controller) build and start successfully. PostgreSQL v17 with neon extension compiles and starts as a compute endpoint. neon_local can initialize, start/stop all services, create tenants and endpoints. The compile includes postgres_ffi bindgen-generated bindings working with custom libclang setup.

Argusic installed neon in 91 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 15 of 15 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
