What the test found

The repo now installs and builds under Node 24 + pnpm in this container, its full unit suite passes (252 tests green), the built daemon answers /browsermcp/status with 200, and the pnpm smoke suite passes all 18 sections on its good runs while intermittently flaking in headless-Chromium container conditions.

No third-party credentials required. Two of the three errors were fixed and verified; the third (smoke flake) remains and is a real headless-Chromium-on-container condition, not an install defect. Left in the repo: the three --no-sandbox launcher fixes so unit tests and smoke can run here.

Argusic installed mcp in 58 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
