What the test found

All 344 unit tests pass, both TypeScript type checks pass, npm dependencies fully installed on Node v22.23.3 and npm v11.21.0.

Test suite uses Electron mocks for IPC but exercises all real business logic (parsing, helpers, concurrency, queues, etc.). No network-dependent tests.
