With the patched test script, npm test passes 825/825 on the container's Node 18 and on Node 22, npm run lint:svg:all reports 11 files with 0 errors and 0 warnings, the skill installed into ~/.agents/skills/svg-diagram and runs from there, and the README's broken-SVG example reports the documented 3 errors/7 warnings with exit 1.

Standard install 'npm install' succeeded (0 vulnerabilities, package-lock.json generated). All real artifacts verified: npm test 825 pass / 0 fail (was 825/825 in the directory run), lint:svg:all 11 files 0 errors 0 warnings, README's deliberately broken SVG yields 3 errors 7 warnings and exit 1, --json emits the documented shape, and the skill installed to ~/.agents/skills/svg-diagram with a byte-identical SKILL.md. SVG rendering decode could not be done (no rsvg/ImageMagick delegate); files verified by parsing all 11 with xmldom. The only repo change is the test script in package.json; the minimal explicit file list excludes the 12 fixtures and yields the same assertion count as the glob form.
