What the test found
Fettle installs, builds, and exports cleanly (next.config.js patched for image optimization); the production server and the exported static site both serve HTTP 200, and a real headless-browser load of the exported page fetched live GitHub data and showed all systems operational with both services and incidents rendered.
yarn was not installed in the container (no root, corepack absent), so npm install was used and worked (281 packages). The health-check script itself worked: it fetched Google (301) and Facebook (301), appended new success lines to public/status/*_report.log, and committed; only the push failed because the checkout is on a detached HEAD with no git remote. Playwright chromium was installed to the user cache; system deps were already present. public/ss.png decoded cleanly with ffmpeg. Real GitHub raw-log and issues-API endpoints were reachable and schema-correct, so no mocks were needed.
Argusic installed fettle in 10 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 1 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
