What the test found

OneDev builds and compiles from source with all 86 tests passing, and the server starts on localhost:6610 returning HTTP 200 with the setup initialization page.

server-ee is a private submodule; a functional stub was created. Hazelcast runs embedded and uses a non-clustered config. Server starts, serves HTTP 200 on port 6610, and the setup wizard redirects correctly. All 86 unit tests pass. The dev.sh run command cannot be used because the HotSwap agent version is incompatible with this JDK; instead the server launches via the raw classpath.
