Pre-existing flaky tests TestLesserNumberOfPollersThanTasksNoDBErrors and TestMultipleWorkersLesserNumberOfPollersThanTasksNoDBErrors (Pri/Fair suites) — same test file already marks identical tests as Skipped. lint-code-fast requires git main branch unavailable in detached HEAD. No credentials needed; SQLite in-memory mode works without Docker.
