What the test found

Heimdall PHP dashboard application serves pages correctly (HTTP 200 on /, /login, /items; HTTP 404 on nonexistent routes) via FrankenPHP php-server on port 8080, with all 107 PHPUnit tests passing.

PHP was missing from the container environment. FrankenPHP static binary resolved it, providing PHP 8.5.10 with all required extensions (PDO, SQLite, mbstring, curl, openssl, XML, DOM, fileinfo, filter, hash, JSON, session, tokenizer, intl, zip, GD). Composer deps were already vendor-installed. The sole skipped test (LangTest) is intentionally skipped per its message.
