Payload CMS v4.0.0-canary.14 monorepo is fully functional with dependencies installed, core packages built, and development server running on port 3000 serving the Next.js admin panel.

Monorepo successfully installed with pnpm 11.9.0 and Node 24.15.0. All 45 core packages built with turbo. Unit tests (2252/2256), type tests (212/212), and dev server all verified working with SQLite database. HTTP requests to admin panel returned valid HTML content.
