What the test found

screen_capture_lite shared library and both C++ examples build and install; on Xvfb :99 the C++ example streams 1280x800 frames at ~10fps, SCL_GetMonitors returns the 1280x800 virtual monitor with non-zero frame pixels, and SCL_GetWindows enumerates the EWMH-mocked window.

No test suite in repo (ctest: No tests were found). C# skipped (no dotnet). Dev headers staged from distro .debs to /tmp/x11-extracted since no root. Shared lib and examples verified against Xvfb :99.

Argusic installed screen_capture_lite in 12 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
