Guzzle 8.2.0 installed with all dependencies (PSR-7, PSR-18, PSR-18 client, curl handler, mock handler). Core test suite: 1775 handler tests pass with 0 failures when node.js test server available. StreamHandler connection error classification fixed. Mock HTTP client verified as functional with 200 response. External HTTPS connectivity confirmed via cURL to httpbin.org.

No distro PHP available; used static-php builds. PHP 8.4.6 bulk build was required for HTTP/2 curl. All core Guzzle handler tests pass. HttplugIntegrationTest requires a persistent PHP built-in server which this shell cannot sustain. One CurlFactory digest auth test fails because libcurl lacks CURLOPT_SEEKFUNCTION.
