The OpenLive monorepo installs, builds, type-checks, runs all 82 tests successfully, and serves the web UI on port 3000 with the agent service on port 8787, both returning HTTP 200.

All 82 tests pass. Typecheck passes. Production build succeeds. Dev server responded 200 on web and agent endpoints. API returns 1 provider + 454 models. No third-party credentials required; local-first app works out of the box.
