Under Node v22.23.4 and Rust 1.99.1, the repository's npm install, frontend build, full npm run check, and aicompat Rust tests all pass; the published AppImage launches a Textus window on DISPLAY=:99, and a typed Markdown document renders and serializes correctly in Playwright Chromium.

Repo worktree remained clean. Node 22.23.4 and Rust 1.99.1 were installed under $HOME. Linux desktop build/check:native is blocked by missing libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev/glib development packages, which cannot be installed without root; the AppImage's bundled WebKit was used for launch verification.
