What the test found
With a user-local Node 22 on PATH, npm install, npm test (952 passed), npm run build, npm run lint, the Vite dev server and production preview all work, and the LRT API answers 200 with valid 120-second vehicle windows.
Dev server (npm run dev, port 5173) and production preview (npm run build then npm run preview, port 4173) both served 200. The repo's own script scripts/verify-lrt-api.mjs expects the production Pages Function to 403 a request without the site Referer; against the local dev server that same request returns 200 with valid LRT window JSON, so the script's 403 assertion is deployment-only, not an app defect. Data pipeline: installed uv (prebuilt) with uv sync on Python 3.13; validate_output.py checked all 23 datasets OK; the live ferry-schedule and bus service-status scrapers fetched current data (data changes reverted to keep the repo unchanged). Lint passed with zero errors. npm install warning: 6 high-severity advisories from npm audit.
Argusic installed mini-macau in 14 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
