All 52 unit tests pass with mocked GSC API. The server loads, registers 21 MCP tools, completes MCP initialization handshake, responds to tools/list and tools/call via stdio transport, and serves 200 on the SSE endpoint.

No real GSC credentials available, but all Google API calls are mocked in the test suite (GSC_SKIP_OAUTH=true). 52 tests pass. Server starts and responds correctly to MCP initialize/tools/list/tools/call. SSE transport confirmed with 200 on /sse endpoint. No fixes were needed — everything worked on first try with a fresh venv.
