What the test found

Server Status PHP web app runs on PHP 8.1 built-in server with MySQL 5.7 database, serving all pages (index, admin, API, 404, policy, subscriptions, telegram check) without errors. The JSON API at /api/status.php returns valid service status data.

Used a real MySQL server (mysqld 5.7.29) via standalone binary - not a mock. No external API keys needed. The app's PHP frontend and JSON API respond correctly on all pages. Remaining pre-existing warnings (null array in service.php, undefined 'hash' key in telegram.php) are cosmetic and exist in the original code.
