xh binary builds and runs; all 200 offline+online tests pass against real httpbin.org endpoint.

Built xh 0.26.2 (Rust) with rustls TLS backend. All 200 tests passed including 15 online tests against real httpbin.org. 1 test (cert_with_key) ignored due to missing certificate key file. No root/sudo needed - all toolchain dependencies extracted from Ubuntu 24.04 debs.

Argusic installed xh in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
