Install, build (dashboard + viewer + core), full test suite (1481 of 1481 tests passing), and the standalone viewer binary all work. No third-party API keys required for runtime operation.

Node v18.19.1 triggers engine warnings for homepage (needs >=22.12.0) but does not block anything. Homepage package is a separate website not part of the core tool. Viewer tests that spawn the real HTTP server and verify token gate, graph serving, file content allowlist, and path traversal protection all pass end-to-end. The homepage's pnpm-lock.yaml is not part of the workspace lockfile; it ships its own lockfile nested in its directory.
