Velstore installs and runs on PHP 8.3.6 + SQLite: 46 migrations applied, sample data seeded (4 active products, 4 categories, 19 languages, admin and seller accounts), npm assets built, public storefront, admin and vendor panels answer 200, cart-to-checkout-to-thank-you flow completes with order rows persisted, and phpunit passes 2/2; only PayPal/Stripe completion needs real sandbox credentials.

PHP 8.3.6 + Composer 2.10.3 built into ~/php-prefix (no root); DB is SQLite standing in for the README's MySQL, all 46 migrations applied. Real PayPal/Stripe calls returned AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE / Invalid API Key with placeholder keys, so gateway completion needs real sandbox creds. Seeded logins: [email protected]/abc123, [email protected]/abc123. npm run build produced public/build/manifest.json.
