uv and convoviz are installed in this container, the project builds, all 159 tests plus ruff/ty pass, and convoviz converts a synthetic ChatGPT export into Markdown notes, an index, a Bases file, and a data-carrying insights.html with idempotent re-runs; inspect and config work as well.

uv was absent; installed with the official astral.sh installer (no root) into $HOME/.local/bin. Installed the project with 'uv tool install --editable .' and dev deps with 'uv sync --group dev', since the package is not on PyPI. End-to-end run used a synthetic export built from tests/factory.py (no real user data).

Argusic installed convoviz in 7 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real.
