Frontend builds and serves (HTTP 200), TypeScript lint, release-version and AI-catalog validations pass, and the Rust core test suite passes 39/39; only the GTK/WebKit desktop shell cannot be compiled because the system dev libraries are missing and cannot be installed without root.

No third-party keys required; no mocks needed. Installed Node 24.21.0, pnpm 11.15.1, Rust 1.97.1 (user-space toolchains) from scratch. Node 18 that ships in the container was insufficient (engines: >=24 <25) and corepack was missing.
