The Yomikiru manga reader Electron app compiles via webpack, launches with ELECTRON_DISABLE_SANDBOX=1, serves a dev HTTP server on port 9000, and passes TypeScript type checking without errors.

No test suite exists in the project. Verified by launching the Electron app: dev server at localhost:9000 returned HTTP 200, Electron process started successfully, update check completed, TypeScript type checking passes.
