Installed and built cleanly in venv; all CLI commands (think/check/report/cancel/trash) work; sle daemon runs the full Slack-mode loop (socket-mode broker, /check success 200, mock task execution COMPLETE) against local mocks; real Anthropic/Slack credentials still needed for genuine end-to-end operation.

Full slack-mode daemon verified against local mocks; CLI-only daemon mode is a repo bug (unconditional token check). Non-mock imports of bot module verified clean. Repo tree unchanged except env-gated mock support (src/sleepless_agent/mock_socket.py + 6-line bot.py gate) and mock scaffolding under mock-slack/ and .claude-home/.

Argusic installed sleepless-agent in 51 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
