What the test found

NGINX 1.31.7 built from this repo's source with statically linked PCRE2, zlib and system OpenSSL, then launched as a master+worker process that answered HTTP 200 on localhost, 200 on a rewrite+gzip config on :8080, and 200 over TLS on :8443, and shut down cleanly.

This is the NGINX source repo; no project test suite exists. Non-root build. libpcre2-dev/zlib1g-dev headers absent and uninstallable (no sudo), so PCRE2/zlib were built from downloaded source. make install used DESTDIR=/tmp/nginx-install to work without root; extracted third-party sources were removed afterward leaving the repo tree clean.
