Bun 1.4.4 and Node 22.16.0 installed in the user home, bun install succeeded (2335 packages), the web client builds (next build exit 0, 33 routes) and serves on port 3000 with mock Supabase/API-key env (200 on /, /login, /about, /sitemap.xml), and the unit test suite ran green (1064 pass, 1 skip, 0 fail).

No repository files were modified; all mocks live in /tmp/onlook-env as env exports. Build took 2.1min compile plus 10.3s static generation. Workspaces with no test files (db, git, stripe, email, file-system, constants, penpal, models, github, code-provider, rpc) exit 1 with 'no tests found' - recorded and not counted as failures. Full login/projects/chat flows need an OAuth-capable Supabase plus Postgres (Docker, unavailable) and real model keys, which cannot be truthfully mocked.
