kanban-tui tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

Installed and built; full test suite passes 318/318; both CLI entrypoints run and print version 0.21.2; CLI task/board/column commands respond.

Fresh user path: no uv/pipx present; system pip refused by PEP 668. Bootstrapped uv, ran `uv sync --extra jira --extra mcp` (project + extras + dev group built, 59+ packages). README's `uv` install path works once uv itself is available. `ktui` and `kanban-tui` entrypoints both answer --help/--version; `ktui info` prints XDG paths; task/board/subcommands parse help. Python 3.14.2 was auto-provisioned by uv. TUI itself not visually exercised under Xvfb; CLI exercised end to end.

Argusic installed kanban-tui in 12 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
