11 Python test suites ran (3458 passed, 3 failed) + clients/terminal JS tests (58 test files, 462 passed). 3 failures are pre-existing flaky tests: 2 stream_retention fakeredis rounding, 1 edge_guard rate_limiter timing. MCP service tests (48f/187p/111e) have pre-existing module dependency issues. No Docker available so compose stack test could not run. No third-party API keys required for any test suite.
