What the test found

Installs and builds cleanly, all 16 unit tests pass, gateway server starts and responds on /_health with status ok, proxy rewrites request bodies (device_id, env, billing header) and headers (auth, user-agent) correctly.

Node.js v18.19.1 while README requires 22+; npm warned about unsupported engine but all operations work. OAuth refresh fails with mock token (expected). The proxy uses https.request so only HTTPS upstreams work (by design).
