Full suite: 1453 pass / 0 fail across 6 workspaces; installing the real Playwright Chromium browser upgraded 38 previously-skipped tests into passing real-browser tests (scout-cdp 41 pass incl. stock-Chromium suite, scout 34 pass incl. real headless Chromium end-to-end). Verified standalone too: bun /tmp/smoke3.ts (Scout API over a real CDP browser route, fake HTTP chat-completions endpoint) returned STATUS completed DATA "All stories loaded." STEPS click,done CLICKED true. Repo tree left clean except the generated bun.lock. No system packages installed (no root); project toolchain is self-contained.
