Python venv and Playwright chromium-headless are installed, Node 20 binary downloaded for frontend builds, Vite frontend builds to dist/, SQLite auto-initializes on startup, the FastAPI server listens on 0.0.0.0:8000, all 117 non-live tests pass, and all verified HTTP endpoints return 200 with correct response bodies.

3 live smoke tests skipped (need real OpenAI API key + Xianyu login state). Frontend build required Node 20 binary download. The .env.example has mock keys (Modelscope/XiaomiMiMo) already populated, so settings APIs appear as AI-configured. All 117 non-live tests pass.
